Orders in!…

Now that you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Following the confirmation email, you will also receive an email of your tracking number and delivery date once the order is fulfilled.

Please keep a close eye on your package as chocolate is a temperamental item and subject to weather damage. If you are not home often we recommend purchasing a ‘signature required’ shipping option at check out so if in the event you will not be there to receive the parcel, they will hold it inside in a near-by facility where it is safer from theft and heat.

Due to extreme weather in some states, the chocolates cannot be guaranteed in California and Florida. In most cases deliveries are successful, but if you wish to purchase and ship chocolates please be aware there is only so much we can do to prevent melting.

We can most of the time accept cancellations or changes in delivery, but if your product has already shipped, we can no longer be liable for any changes. Please be mindful well entering your shipping addresses and that it is going to the correct location.

On its Way!…

We use FedEx 2 day express shipping to ensure the quality and integrity of such a fragile product. Your bonbons are packed in insulated mailers and ice packs to avoid any melting or cracking.

Depending on when your order was placed, it will ship on either a Monday or a Tuesday. Transit takes 1-3business days AFTER the day it was shipped. Most orders arrive Tuesday-Friday

Please note that since Covid-19, all shipping couriers have reduced their terms of service and some orders are subject to small delays. Although usually not an issue, this is out of our immediate control and we appreciate your understanding. We will always do our best to provide adequate customer service and assistance if any issues arise during delivery or shipment.

Due to high volume and using a third party shipping company, we cannot take requests on shipping dates. Your order will be shipped on the Monday or Tuesday after the order was placed. Thank you.

Please keep in mind, small business owners do not dictate the price of shipping. Gas has continued to climb, causing shipping prices to sore. We are constantly trying to make it as affordable as possible for our customers, but only have so much control over a highly inflated market. Borough Chocolate’s prides itself on speedy and efficient shipping due to the fact we sell perishable items. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
