Orders in!…

Now that you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Following the confirmation email, you will also receive an email of your tracking number and delivery date once the order is fulfilled.

Please keep a close eye on your package as chocolate is a temperamental item and subject to weather damage.

Due to extreme weather in some states, the chocolates cannot be guaranteed in California and Florida. In most cases deliveries are successful, but if you wish to purchase and ship chocolates please be aware there is only so much we can do to prevent melting.

We cannot provide a cancellation of your order after it has shipped, or more than 24 hours after placing the order in most occasions. Please make sure there will be someone available to accept the package at the time of delivery, or add on our ‘signature required’ service.

On its Way!…

We use express shipping to ensure the quality and integrity of such a fragile product. Your bonbons are packed in insulated mailers and ice packs to avoid any melting or cracking.

Depending on when your order was placed, it will ship on either a Monday-Wednesday. Transit takes 1-4 business days AFTER the day it was shipped. Most orders arrive Tuesday-Friday

Due to using a third party shipping company, we cannot take requests on shipping dates. Your order will be shipped on the Monday-Wednesday after the order was placed. We are unable to dictate when UPS or FedEx will be dropping the package off. These are shipping services, and do not provide delivery services. In some cases you may be able to arrange a scheduled drop off through your UPS account.

Large Orders may take longer to process if you have not previously reached out to us to arrange shipping and ordering. Bulk shipping is usually 5-10 business days after you have placed your order.
